تطبيق دليل اليرموك (Al Yarmook Directory)

نحن في دليل اليرموك نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية المعلومات عند استخدام تطبيقنا على Android و iOS.
تطبيق دليل اليرموك هو دليل محلي للأعمال والخدمات. لا يتضمن التطبيق تسجيل حسابات للمستخدمين ولا نموذج تسجيل داخل التطبيق. يتم تسجيل الأنشطة التجارية عبر الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي فقط.
- بيانات الموقع (GPS): عند منح الإذن، نستخدم موقعك لحساب المسافة وترتيب النتائج حسب الأقرب، ولتوفير إحداثيات التسجيل في صفحة «كيفية التسجيل» (نسخ إلى الحافظة فقط — لا يُرسل تلقائياً إلى خوادمنا).
- بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: معلومات تقنية عامة (نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، سجلات الأعطال) لتحسين الاستقرار والأداء.
- رمز الإشعارات (FCM): إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، قد نستلم رمزاً لإرسال تنبيهات عامة من الإدارة.
- بيانات الاتصال بالخادم: طلبات API لعرض الأقسام، مقدمي الخدمات، الإشعارات، ومحتوى الصفحات الثابتة.
- عرض محتوى الدليل وتحسين تجربة البحث والتصفح.
- حساب المسافة وترتيب مقدمي الخدمات.
- إرسال إشعارات عامة (عند الموافقة).
- صيانة التطبيق ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): لإرسال الإشعارات.
- مزود الاستضافة: لتشغيل واجهات API والموقع الإلكتروني.
قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا طُلب ذلك قانونياً.
- الموقع — اختياري، لمسافة/ترتيب/إحداثيات التسجيل.
- الإنترنت — مطلوب لتحميل البيانات.
- الإشعارات — اختياري.
يمكنك إدارة الأذونات من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للقانون. لا نخزّن حسابات مستخدمين داخل التطبيق.
نستخدم HTTPS لنقل البيانات وإجراءات أمنية معقولة على الخوادم. لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق على الإنترنت.
يمكنك سحب أذونات الموقع/الإشعارات، وطلب معلومات عن بياناتك عبر البريد أدناه.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 سنة ولا نجمع عن قصد بياناتهم.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سيتم نشر النسخة المحدّثة في التطبيق.

Al Yarmook is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our Android and iOS app.
Al Yarmook is a local business directory. The app does not include user account registration or in-app sign-up forms. Business listings are submitted only through our official website.
- Location (GPS): With your permission, we use location to calculate distance, sort results by nearest, and provide registration coordinates on the "How to Register" page (clipboard copy only — not sent automatically to our servers).
- Device & usage data: General technical information (device type, OS, crash logs) to improve stability.
- Push token (FCM): If notifications are enabled, we may receive a token to send general admin notifications.
- Server communication: API requests to load categories, providers, notifications, and static content pages.
- Display directory content and improve browsing.
- Calculate distance and sort providers.
- Send general push notifications (with consent).
- Maintain the app and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): for push notifications.
- Hosting provider: to operate APIs and the website.
We may disclose data when required by law.
- Location — optional, for distance/sorting/registration coordinates.
- Internet — required to load data.
- Notifications — optional.
You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law. We do not store in-app user accounts.
We use HTTPS and reasonable server safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
You may revoke location/notification permissions and contact us regarding your data using the email below.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The latest version will be published in the app.
